Introduction
BTEB4 是一種具有３個Ｚｎ finger domain 的 protein。就我們所知，
BTEB family的protein都是扮演著trascription factor的角色。根據Ｄr.林重宏
的實驗，BTEB4的確是個trascription factor而且對trascription 有副調控的效
果。當將BTEB4 transfect進293T cell時，可發現293T cell的morphology有改
變的情形。接下來作Hoechst stain，發現有高比例的293T cell都在M phase，
這樣的結果似乎指出BTEB4可能是個和cell cycle regulation有關的trascription
factor。於是想要建立一個stable cell line 來進行其他的assay。
