¡@¡@This expriment depends on some equations. When hydroxyl radial attack deoxyribose and lipid, Deoxyribose and lipid will fragmentize to MDA.
¡@¡@MDA then will binds TBA(2-thiobarbituric acid) to form pink MDA-TBA chromogen. This chromogen will absorb at 532 nm

¡@¡@2-deoxyribose 3.6mM, EDTA 0.1mM, Metal(Fe3+ or Cu2+ ) 0.1mM, abcorbic acid 0.1mM, H2O2 1mM, and herb's extract(all reagents are dissolved in KH2PO4-KOH buffer pH=7.4 50mM), incubated at 37¢J for 1 hours. Then pour 10%TCA and 1%TBA into solution. Boiled for 15 min.
