So we used serum:buffer=1:18 to do fig3 assay.

  In the beginning, we run anti-complement activity assay to select the most effective herbs of 5 Asteraceaes Grown in Taiwan. We found 昭和草 is the candidate in anticomplement activity.
   We decided to segregate 昭和草 extracts and isolate the effective fraction from extracts. We run Sephadex LH-20 column to sepregate components of 昭和草 extract. We got 10 fractions after two days.
  We futhermore used 10 fractions of 昭和草 extract to run anti-complement activity assay and foune CR2 is the best. Then we planed to isolate CR2 componenets in HPLC, and resolve their structure in 2D NMR.(But it is not my work, so.....)
