The pUAST-FLAG vector was obtained from self-ligating BglII (made blunt by klenow) and XhoI (made blunt by klenow) sites of pUAST-FLAG-EYGêaC. To construct pUAST-FLAG-EYGêaC , FLAG-EYGêaC fragment from cutting pUAST-FLAG-EYGêaC with HincII (blunt end) and BamHI, was inserted into EcoRI (made blunt by klenow) and BglII sites of pUAST vector.
