C13 spectrum of 100mM SDS: (A) pure SDS (B) 1/80 12-DXSA(12-doxyl-stearic acid) (C) 1/80 5-DXSA(5-doxyl-stearic acid) This results indicate that the spin-label moiety of 12-DXSA is near the center of SDS micelle while 5-DXSA is closer to the micellar surface.	Interaction between spin-label and the peptides can be determined by NMR cross peaks.
