Each of the residiues above in double-CI2 afforded four cross-peaks composed of " two pairs" of major and minor peaks with an equal intensity.

This clearly indicates that major and minor conformers "coexist" in "both the domains" of double-CI2.

Judging from the peak intensities of these signals, the populations of the major and minor conformers are 65% and 35%, respectively.
