Huntingtin associated protein 1; HAP1



   HAP1 is founnd restricted to brain in human. The affinity of HAP1 to
huntingtin protein increases with the length of polyglutamine repeat.
Consequently HAP1 is deemed to pathologically significant in Huntington's
disease.
